Vcc general work

To perform the following work per vcc guidelines and plans submitted 09/04/12 and stamped approved 09/05/12:-repair areas of damaged stucco with the following vcc approved stucco mix (attached). -prep & paint stucco walls, gallery iron railing & columns, and existing doors and windows to match existing.-extend gutter downspouts to match existing and tie into drain line below grade.-replace deteriorated doorframe to match existing with spanish cedar per approved drawings.-remove night blinds from existing french doors.-remove existing vent pipes and reroute through roof.-remove existing plywood ceiling and light fixtures in service wing balcony and install new t&g ceiling with exposed ih-s6c- 6 incandescent surface cylinder lights.-remove existing service wing balcony railing, balusters, fascia, and columns and install new railing, beaded fascia, molding, and columns per approved drawings.-install new exhaust fan louver and paint to match adjacent wall.-install new flagstone pavers on c

-install new "doris metropolitan" signage and new bracket on chartres elevation at corner of wilkinson per drawings submitted 2. 20. 13.

To reverse door-swing of three (3) ground-floor doors per ac approval of 09/10/13, drawings received 09/06/13 & stamped vcc approved 09/12/13, and based on directions to the applicant from the office of the state fire marshall and the dept. Of safety & permits, as follows: one (1) pair of doors leading from the courtyard to the bar and kitchen area on the wilkinson street side of building, one (1) pair of doors on the wilkinson elevation and one (1) pair on the chartres elevation, all as indicated in approved plan; the only change to the pre-existing doors are the hinges, andall three (3) pairs of doors will remain in the existing plane, on the interior side of the door jamb. Staff finds these modifications to be acceptable.

Emergency repair plumbing including digging hole in concrete courtyard and covering hole when complete

Emergency plumbing repairs in courtyard (limited scope):remove existing brick pavers and concrete slab as needed to access plumbing,install concrete and lay pavers to match existing in size, color, material, pattern, etc.
